# Seventh > Seventh is a free period and cycle tracker for iPhone and iPad, made by doogud, an independent studio. It is built for two: the person tracking her cycle, and a partner she chooses to let in. Website: https://seventh.doogud.co Status: in testing, coming soon to the App Store (October 2026). Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. English only. ## What it does - Shows where you are in your cycle at a glance: one number ("Period in 11 days"), the phase, and the colour of that phase. - Predicts the next period as a window, not a single date (for example "likely Nov 4–10"). Predictions come from your own cycles (the median of recent cycles) and get closer as you log. Irregular cycles and PCOS widen the window. - Four phases: period, follicular, ovulation, luteal. - Logging: flow (spotting to heavy), mood (5 levels), energy, 15 symptoms (such as cramps, headache, bloating, fatigue, breast pain, back pain, acne, nausea, cravings, insomnia, hot flashes), notes, plus optional extras such as discharge, temperature, weight, sex, tests and pill taken. - Calendar with logged days and likely period days; insights after the second period. - "Feel better": short comfort activities for rough days (breathing, rest with heat, stretching). - Partner sharing: invite a partner with a one-time code (works once, for 24 hours). The partner sees her phase, her period window and simple ways to help, never her logs, symptoms or notes, and cannot change anything. Partners can send quick check-ins. She can stop sharing at any time. - Library: 18 short articles on cycle basics, symptoms, conditions (PCOS, endometriosis), contraception, perimenopause and seeing a doctor, written from NHS, WHO and CDC guidance. Support lines for India, the UK and the US, and a gynaecologist finder using Apple Maps. - Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and a Lock Screen countdown before a period. ## Privacy - Data is stored on the phone. No account is needed. Signing in is optional and backs the cycle up so it can move to a new phone. - Partner sharing sends only the last period date, cycle length and period length. - No ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. - Optional Face ID lock; "discreet wording" keeps cycle words off the Lock Screen; "Soft mode" trims the Today screen to essentials for a day. - Export everything as a file, export a doctor summary (PDF), import from Clue, and erase all data from Settings. ## Price - Free. Tracking is free, always. No ads, no subscription. An optional one-off extra for partners may be added later; nothing needed to track a cycle sits behind it. ## Important - Seventh is not a medical device and is not a form of birth control. Likely fertile days are an estimate. ## Contact - Support: support@doogud.co - Privacy: privacy@doogud.co - Studio: https://doogud.co
