About Seventh
Seventh is a free period, cycle and women’s health tracker for iPhone and iPad, made by doogud, an independent studio.
What Seventh does
- Shows where you are in your cycle at a glance: how many days to your next period, the phase you are in, and its colour.
- Predicts your next period as a window of likely days, not one date. The window comes from your own cycles and narrows as you log. Irregular cycles and PCOS settings widen it to match.
- Logs flow, mood, energy and 15 symptoms, with optional temperature, tests, discharge and notes.
- Gives likely fertile days and an ovulation estimate if you are planning a pregnancy, and a pregnancy mode with weeks, due date and trimester.
- Sends reminders for your period, PMS, a late period, your fertile window and the pill.
- Includes a library of short articles written from NHS, WHO and CDC guidance, and prompts for when to see a doctor.
- Imports your history from Clue, Flo or Apple Health, and exports everything or a one-page doctor summary (PDF).
- Lets you invite one person you trust to see your phase and period window, never your logs. It is optional.
