Privacy
Seventh never sells your data, shows no ads and has no third-party trackers. You can use it without an account. Here is exactly what is stored, where, and how to delete it.
The short version
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else.
- No ads. And no third-party trackers, analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
- No account needed. Without one, what you log stays on your phone.
- Signing in is optional. If you do, your cycle is backed up to our servers so it can be restored on a new phone.
- You can delete everything, on your phone and on our servers, from Settings.
What the app stores
Only what you choose to enter: period dates and flow, symptoms, mood and energy, notes, sex, discharge, tests, temperature, weight, medicines and reminders. Without an account, all of it is stored on your phone and protected by iOS data protection while your phone is locked.
Apple Health and imports
Only if you choose to, Seventh can read your period history from Apple Health and save the periods you log back to it. iOS asks you first, and you can change it in Settings at any time. What Seventh reads from Health stays on your phone like everything else you log, unless you sign in, when your backup includes it. Importing a file from Clue, Flo or another app works the same way: the file is read on your phone.
If you sign in
You can sign in with a code sent to your email or phone, with Apple or with Google. Then your data is also stored in our cloud database (run on Supabase), sent over HTTPS, with access rules so your account can only reach its own data. That is what lets us restore your cycle on a new phone.
Our admin tools don’t show your daily logs, cycle history or messages. They can only be opened by switching on a setting we keep off, and every access is recorded.
Sharing with someone
Sharing is optional. The person you invite sees your current phase and when your next period is likely, and, if you allow it, a notification when your period starts or ends. Never your logs, symptoms or notes. To show your phase, Seventh sends their phone only the date your last period started and your cycle and period length. Messages between you are stored on our server so they reach the other phone, and are deleted after 90 days, when either of you unlinks, or when you delete your account. You can stop sharing at any time.
Usage analytics
Seventh counts how the app is used with its own analytics: things like the app being opened, a screen being viewed, or a period being logged (that it happened, not the date or anything you entered). These events never carry a health value, go only to our own server, and are never shared with a third party. We use them to see what works and what to fix.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store your phone’s notification token with a few details (your app role, language, time zone, app version and phone model) so reminders and messages reach the right phone. Discreet notifications never name your cycle.
Ask AI
Ask AI only runs when you tap it. It writes a summary of your cycle on your phone and copies or shares it to the app you pick. We never send it to an AI service or keep a copy.
Deleting your data
To erase what’s on your phone, use Reset All Data in Settings. To delete your account, your backup, any sharing link and your messages, use Settings, Technical, Delete account and data, or email privacy@doogud.co.
This website
seventh.doogud.co runs on Cloudflare. It counts visits with its own analytics: a random ID kept in your browser, the pages you view and the buttons you tap, your device type and your rough location (country and city, from Cloudflare). It doesn’t record what you type into a field, and it uses no third-party trackers or ad pixels.
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email and send it to Resend, our email provider, so we can send you one email when Seventh is on the App Store. If you ask for a feature, we keep the question and any email you give, and Cloudflare’s AI service reads the question to match it to what Seventh does. We keep your IP address only in scrambled form, to stop spam.
Children
Seventh is not intended for children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
