For partners

Can I share my period tracker with my partner?

Yes. In Seventh you can invite a partner with a one-time code, and they see your phase, your period window and simple ways to help, never your logs, symptoms or notes. They can’t change anything, and you can stop sharing at any time. The idea is to let someone know what is useful, without giving up your privacy.

What does a partner see?

Your current phase, your period window and one thing they can do today. They do not see your logs, symptoms or notes. Partner sharing sends only what their phone needs to show your phase: the date your last period started, and your cycle and period length.

How do I invite a partner?

In Seventh, you create a one-time code. It works once and expires after 24 hours. Your partner enters it on their phone to connect.

Can a partner send me anything?

Partners can send quick check-ins. They can’t change anything in your log.

Can I stop sharing?

Yes, whenever you like. Sharing is your choice from start to finish.

What can a partner do with the information?

Small things help. Heat for cramps is one of the self-help steps the NHS suggests, and painkillers in the house, a lighter load and plans that can flex all make a difference. Asking what would help comes first.

Frequently asked questions

Does my partner need to pay?

No. Partner sharing is free, and there are no ads. A small optional extra for partners may be added later, but nothing needed to track a cycle will be behind it.

Does my partner need the app?

Yes, they use Seventh on their own phone to see your phase.

Will my partner see my notes?

No. Partners never see your logs, symptoms or notes.
