Choosing an app
How do I move my history from Flo to Seventh?
Ask Flo for a JSON export (in Flo, go to your profile, then Help, then Contact us), and wait for Flo to email it, which can take a few days. Save the file to Files. Then in Seventh, go to Settings, Bring your history, and choose the file. Your past periods come across, so predictions start from your real cycles.
Step 1: Ask Flo for your data
- In Flo, open your profile and choose Help.
- Choose Contact us, and ask for a copy of your data as a JSON export.
- Wait for Flo to email it. This can take a few days.
Step 2: Save it to Files
When the email arrives, save the file to the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 3: Bring it into Seventh
- In Seventh, open Settings and choose Bring your history. You’ll also see this when you first open the app.
- Choose the file from Flo.
- Check the periods Seventh found, then confirm.
What comes across
Your period dates come across, so your cycle and period lengths are right from day one. Seventh shows your next period as a range, and it gets closer as you keep logging.
Good to know
- Keep your Flo file somewhere safe, even after importing.
- Seventh also brings in history from Clue, from Apple Health, or from any CSV or JSON file with a date for each period start. It can save your periods back to Apple Health too.
- If you subscribed to Flo Premium through the App Store, cancel it in your App Store subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
How Seventh handles your data
Seventh never sells your data, shows no ads, and has no third-party trackers or advertising SDKs. It works without an account; if you sign in, your cycle is backed up to our servers so it can be restored. Seventh counts app usage itself, without any health values. Every detail is in Seventh’s privacy policy.
