What the table means

If price matters most, Seventh keeps everything for tracking free, including the extras Flo and Clue charge for: the doctor summary, pregnancy mode and help with irregular cycles.

If privacy matters most, look at where your data lives and whether you need an account. Seventh stores your logs on your phone and works without one. Clue requires an account and keeps data on EU servers. Flo asks you to set up an account during onboarding, and offers Anonymous Mode.

If you need Android, Apple Watch, wearables or another language, Flo or Clue is the better fit today.

How we checked

We read each app’s own help centre, privacy policy and US App Store listing on 28 October 2026, and linked them below. Prices, ratings and privacy labels change, so check the listing before you decide. Claims about Seventh come from the app itself.

How Seventh handles your data

Seventh never sells your data, shows no ads, and has no third-party trackers or advertising SDKs. It works without an account; if you sign in, your cycle is backed up to our servers so it can be restored. Seventh counts app usage itself, without any health values. Every detail is in Seventh’s privacy policy.
